Our commitment to you is simple... to provide materials that increase the standard for safety during welding. For over two decades we have manufactured and sold industrial fire, welding and safety blankets.

These materials are produced with patented coatings and proprietary manufacturing technology; that was developed by Hi Temp Products.

As a manufacturer of welding pads, welding blankets and welding curtains with more than 20 years experience, Hi Temp Products has developed a patented silicone elastomer coating and a proprietary manufacturing technology that sets it apart from all others. This unique combination has resulted in products that lead the industry in performance and affordability, especially among FM Approved materials.

Rolls

Rolls are available in all five of our Materials: R51, O51, P51, UN51 and Silica. They come in 25 to 50 yard lengths with a width or either 39 or 61 inches.

Blankets

Blankets are available in R51 and O51 material.

Curtains

Curtains are available only in custom sizes. Any of our silicone coated products can be used as a curtain material.

Due to the diversity of customer needs all curtains are custom designed. Contact your nearest distributor for a quote.

Heat Pads

Constructed of Hi Temp R51 material encasing 1" of high heat insulation. Also available with steel mesh for added durability and heat absorption.

Hi Temp Pads are used for welders kneeling pads, pre-heat and post-heat treatment, heat shields when working on hot vessels, insulating blankets, etc.

Pads can be fabricated to special sizes as required.

Pipeline Cooling

Made with P51 material to not absorb oils or water while providing a slow cool down of welds. Wraps are insulated with 1” of high temperature insulation and contain elastic strapping with hooks to secure around pipes.

Heater Ducts

Hi Temp O51 & P51 heater ducts replace canvas ducts with fire resistant, CSA approved, silicone coated fiberglass material. This is solvent, water and UV resistant material and comes in 12’ long lengths with a 12” collar. Adapters are available for different sized heaters.

Heater Duct Adapters

Used for attaching the heater ducts to the heaters. It is recommended that an air space of 3” - 4” be left between the heater and the duct. 12” to 12” and a 8” to 12” adapters are available.

Complying with OSHA Standards

1910.252(a)(1)(i) Fire hazards. If the object to be welded or cut cannot readily be moved, all movable fire hazards in the vicinity shall be taken to a safe place.

ANSI/FM 4950 Approved

Material being FM/ANSI 4950 approved is extremely important as this is currently the only recognized standard for testing materials used in hot work operations.
